3. Payment & Billing
Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis and are billed in advance.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law or in the case of billing errors.
4. Free Trials
New clients may be offered a 3-day trial period to experience the coaching process.
Participation in the trial does not require payment details in advance. If you choose to continue after the trial, a payment link will be provided for the selected plan.
5. Communication
Coaching is delivered primarily through WhatsApp. By using our services, you agree to receive coaching-related messages through this platform.
Our services rely on third-party communication platforms such as WhatsApp. While we aim to provide consistent support, we are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or technical issues caused by these platforms.
Response times may vary depending on the coaching plan selected, working hours, and reasonable availability.
6. Confidentiality & Ethics
We treat coaching conversations as confidential and will not share personal information or conversation content with third parties unless required by law.
Our coaching services are intended for personal development and accountability support only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, psychological counselling, or therapy.
