3. Payment & Billing
Our services are subscription-based and billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan).
You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except in cases of error or legal requirement.
4. Free Trials
We may offer a 7-day free trial. You are required to input payment information to begin the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial expires to avoid charges.
5. Communication
By using our service, you agree to receive coaching-related messages via WhatsApp. These messages are confidential and intended only for the client.
6. Confidentiality & Ethics
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal data or conversation content with third parties, unless required by law. Our coaching does not replace mental health counselling or therapy.

Results vary depending on individual effort and consistency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or success. Coaching is for personal development purposes only.
